All pricing is subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any typographical errors on our website. Pricing does not include taxes or shipping unless specified.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept the following credit cards:  Visa, Master Card, and Discover.

PayPal payments are also accepted via our website only; payments processed using PayPal will be charged immediately (as opposed to when your order ships) PayPal will automatically select your default Shipping Address.  You may choose another ship address if you wish.

Wire Transfer: To pay via wire transfer please contact us.  Additional bank fees are applicable.

Florida businesses require a sales tax certificate updated in order to be exempted from tax 7%.

SALES AND RETURNS

All sales are final. Should a product arrive defective please contact us immediately in writing within 2 business days of delivery. To receive credit for your return, all items must be in their original packaging and properly packaged for shipping. You will be responsible for any merchandise damaged while being returned to us. Freight charges are not refundable. No merchandise may be returned without a Return Authorization number (RA#).  Any returns sent to us without a valid RA # noted on the package will not receive a credit. No return or exchange will be accepted on any item after 7 days.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the shipping & handling charges paid by M.D.I.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We are not responsible for local custom regulations, duties charges for shipments outside the United States.  We will not be responsible for any delays in fulfilling any type of order due to but not limited to unavailability of merchandise, delays caused by carriers or any other unforeseen circumstances.  Orders received after 3:00 PM Eastern Time may be processed on the next business day.

 INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

All international orders should be placed over the phone for appropriate shipping charges. We do not charge you any tax or duty, however, you may be subject to customs duty/tax and brokerage fees, payable at destination.  Please inquire with the local authorities. This includes Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska.

VALIDATING YOUR ORDER

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we rejected an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

CREDIT CARD DISPUTES

You accept that any disputes, which may arise on any transaction is to be referred to Miami Digital Inc. and not the credit card provider.

By using miamidigitalinc.com website you expressly agree that you use this site is at your own sole risk. We will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from failure for products to perform.

Your personal information is kept secure. Only authorized employees have access. We do not share your information with third parties.

RISK OF LOSS

Please note that title to merchandise is transferred to customer once product has left our warehouse. Risk of loss or damage to products in transit is your responsibility.  In the event of products damaged or lost during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. All orders that ship with free ground shipping have no signature requirement or any insurance.  If you would like to add insurance and a signature required please advice us in the message box on the ordering page.  We will charge you the carrier’s fee for such services. Otherwise, once the merchandise leaves our warehouse, the risks of loss and damage is the customer’s responsibility.

ATTESTED PRODUCTS

Certain countries require your order’s documents to be attested by the Chamber of Commerce. In the event that you need attested documents there will be a $40 USD fee per documents requiring a signature along with a shipping charge to send you the documents.
